Minami-Tatsumi Station (南巽駅, Minami-Tatsumi-eki, (Station Number S24)) is a railway station in Ikuno-ku, Osaka, Japan, operated by the Osaka Metro.

Minami-Tatsumi Station is the terminus of the Sennichimae Line from Nodahanshin.
