Mission Vista High School currently has sixty-six official clubs and organizations on campus including but not limited to Robotics, Woodworking, Drama,and Ted X,of which most of these are founded and managed by students and approved by the MVHS ASB.

The MVHS ASB, while helping with all club financial services, operates every special event that happens at the school.

For example, some special events that happen at school include Club Rush, Rock the Hill, and Fall Fest; all of them are managed by ASB.

The school has teams in certain sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, track, cross-country, field hockey, golf, and soccer.

It is located within California's 49th congressional district and can educate students living in the cities of Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Bonsall, Fallbrook, and Escondido.
