After the 1979 revolution in Iran and as a result of imposing restrictions on music activists, Moein immigrated to the United States, where he pursued his career with the release of his first official album called Miparstam.
Moein was born in Najafabad, a city in Isfahan Province of Iran,[1] in a religious and financially middle-class family.
Moin started his career at the age of 18 and for some time benefited from the training of some Iranian music masters.
Moein released his first song to the music world in 1979 in Tehran with the title "Yeki Ra Doost Midaram".
