Willie Mullins (born September 30, 1980) is an American professional stock car racing owner-driver.

He competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series driving for his own team, Mullins Racing.

In 2006, he would win the SCCA V8 Grand National champion, along with receiving Rookie of the Year honors.

[2] In 2016, using a car acquired from the defunct Yates Racing,[2] he would earn a top 10 finish at the season-opener at Daytona International Speedway.
