Muteki is a Japanese adult video company which specializes in casting mainstream entertainers, usually gravure idols or mainstream actresses, in their adult video debuts.
[2] Entertainers who have worked under this label include film actresses Yoko Shimada, Tsugumi,[3] Mai Gotō,[4] Chiharu Komatsu,[5] stage actress Chiaki Minase,[6] gravure idols Kimika Yoshino, Fuko, Haruna Hana,[7] Megu Fujiura,[8] and singers Sachiko Suzuki[9] and Akie Harada.
[12] While most debuts at Muteki were limited to one or a few films, the studio also started the AV careers of many high profile and famous actresses including Hana Haruna, Kaori,[13] Rika Hoshimi, Emiri Okazaki,[14] Yuri Oshikawa[15] and Usa Miharu.
Other famous actresses who made their debuts with Muteki include former NMB48 trainee member Risako Okada (as Miko Matsuda)[16] and former Bakusute Sotokanda Icchome member Yu Ito (as Sakura Moko),[17] both of whom were later members of Yua Mikami's own idol group Honey Popcorn.
