Mylabris flavoguttata is a species of beetle belonging to the Meloidae family.

It was discovered during an exploration of Abyssinia by Pierre Victor Adolphe Ferret and Joseph Germain Galinier (1814–1888).

This species occurs in Ethiopia and Angola.
