Nassau, Minnesota

Nassau (/ˈnæsɔː/ NASS-aw)[4] is a city in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota, United States.

[5] A post office called Nassau was established in 1888, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1998.

[7] According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.16 square miles (0.41 km2), all land.

40.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 20% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

The racial makeup of the city was 95.18% White, 2.41% Native American and 2.41% Asian.

There were 9.5% of families and 12.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 10.5% of those over 64.
