Yellow Bank Township, Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota

Most of the township's northern boundary is defined by the Minnesota River; the Yellow Bank River, a tributary of the Minnesota, flows through the eastern part of the township.

[4] As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 177 people, 69 households, and 54 families residing in the township.

There were 69 households, out of which 29.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.9% were married couples living together, 1.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.7% were non-families.

20.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 4.4% of families and 4.2% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen or sixty five or over.
