Nebularia pellisserpentis is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Mitridae, the miters or miter snails.

It is decussated with longitudinal striae and slight spiral sulci.

The outer lip is finely crenulated within, sinuously produced in the middle, acutely toothed.

[2] (Described as Mitra nassoides) The thick shell is pale yellowish, oblong-subgibbose, subcancellated with rather unequal crenated longitudinal ribs and spiral undulated ridges nodose upon the ribs.

The aperture equals the spire in length and is sinuously contracted.
