Neurobasis australis is a species of damselfly in the family Calopterygidae,[2] commonly known as a Papuan demoiselle.
[3] It is a large, metallic green damselfly with long legs, and dark wings without pterostigma.
[4] It has been recorded from New Guinea,[3] and Indonesia,[2] where it inhabits streams.
