New Hope is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lowndes County, Mississippi, United States.

As of the 2020 United States Census, there were 3,161 people, 1,247 households, and 1,110 families residing in the CDP.

11.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

The New Hope Lady Trojan Slowpitch softball team has won ten state championships, including six consecutive from 2000 to 2006.

The Trojan baseball team has won five state championships with one being a perfect 43–0 record.
