Novosilsky District (Russian: Новосильский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Oryol Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the northeast of the oblast.

The area of the district is 778.3 square kilometers (300.5 sq mi).
