Ocean City is a census-designated place (CDP) in Okaloosa County, Florida, United States.

It is part of the Crestview–Fort Walton Beach–Destin, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 5,594 people, 2,478 households, and 1,479 families residing in the CDP.

There were 2,693 housing units at an average density of 1,681.8 per square mile (649.3/km2).

31.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
