Ondřej Zmrzlý (born 22 April 1999) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Slavia Prague.
On 23 August 2019, he made his debut in the starting lineup in Sigma's 2–0 win against FK Teplice.
[1][2] On 5 January 2024, Zmrzlý signed a contract with Slavia Prague until June 2027.
