Palaiomanina (Greek: Παλαιομάνινα, Aromanian: Cutsombina) is an Aromanian (Vlach) village and a community of the Xiromero municipality.

Since the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality Astakos, of which it was a municipal district.
