Pangkalan Kerinci (Jawi: ڤڠكالن كرينچي ) is a town and district in Pelalawan Regency, of Riau province of Indonesia.
During that year, four thousand workers commissioned by Sukanto Tanoto constructed a river port and a large logging mill there.
