Patrick Brown (photographer)

Patrick Brown (born January 23, 1969) is an Australian photojournalist and photographer.

[citation needed] He has contributed to Rolling Stone, The New Yorker, TIME, Newsweek, Vanity Fair, National Geographic, and Mother Jones.

[8] Brown was born in Sheffield, England, and spent his childhood in the Middle East and Africa before his family settled in Perth, Western Australia.

[9] In 2019, he published No Place On Earth, a portrayal of survivors of the persecution of the Myanmar Rohingya population in 2017.

[4] The photograph showed the bodies of Rohingya refugees laid out after the boat in which they were attempting to flee Myanmar capsized.
