As a blocker, Ricard has been a major component in the success that the Ravens' ground game has seen with players like quarterback Lamar Jackson and running backs J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards, and Derrick Henry in the late 2010s and early 2020s.

Ricard was the replacement for the Ravens' previous fullback Kyle Juszczyk, who had signed with the San Francisco 49ers during free agency in the 2017 offseason.

On defense and special teams, he had nine tackles, one sack and forced fumble, one pass breakup, and the aforementioned blocked field goal.
In Week 4 of the 2024 NFL Season, Ricard scored a touchdown after recovering a fumble against the Buffalo Bills in a 35-10 win for the Ravens.
He scored a receiving touchdown against the Denver Broncos during a 41-10 win in Week 9 on a three-yard reception.
