Paul Geisler

Paul Aubrey "Hoss" Geisler (June 10, 1909 – August 22, 1956)[1] was an American football player and coach and educator.

[3] He then enrolled at Centenary College of Louisiana where he played at the end position for the undefeated 1932 and 1933 football teams.

[3][4] Geisler began his playing career as a back for the Centenary team, but became a star when he was moved to the end position.

"[3] Geisler later transferred to Louisiana College where he completed his undergraduate studies and also served as an assistant coach.

He served in the Air Force during World War II, enlisting in 1943, attaining the rank of captain, and receiving his discharge in 1949.
