[3][4] He challenged the legality of support by the regional transport agency Syndicat des transports d'Ile-de-France for Jean-Paul Huchon's 2010 re-election campaign as President of the Regional Council of Île-de-France; in 2011 Huchon's re-election was allowed to stand, but he was ordered to return funds he had been paid in reimbursement of his campaign costs.
