Phyllidiopsis sphingis

Phyllidiopsis sphingis is a species of sea slug, a dorid nudibranch, a shell-less marine gastropod mollusk in the family Phyllidiidae.

It has been reported from Papua New Guinea, the Coral Sea, the northern Mariana Islands and the Philippines.

[3] This nudibranch has a white dorsum grading to blue at the edges.

There are four longitudinal black lines interspersed with three raised ridges.

The outer black lines have extensions at right angles which radiate out towards the edge of the mantle.
