Pinckneyville, also spelled as Pinkneyville, is an unincorporated community in Clay County, Alabama, United States.

Pinckneyville was named in honor of Thomas Pinckney.

At one point, Pinckneyville was home to two churches, a general store, two grist mills, and a cotton gin.
