Pine Grove is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated community in Wasco County, Oregon, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.0 square miles (15.6 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 162 people, 77 households, and 48 families residing in the CDP.

There were 110 housing units at an average density of 18.2 per square mile (7.0/km2).
