Pine Hollow is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated community in Wasco County, Oregon, United States.
As of the census[5] of 2000, there were 424 people, 197 households, and 152 families residing in the CDP.

There were 197 households, out of which 10.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.6% were married couples living together, 3.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.8% were non-families.
