Procranioceras

P. skinneri Frick, 1937 Cranioceras skinneri (Matthew, 1918) Procranioceras is an extinct genus of Artiodactyla, of the family Dromomerycidae, endemic to North America.

It lived during the Middle Miocene, 16.0—13.6 Ma, existing for approximately 2.4 million years.

[1] Fossils have been found from Florida, Saskatchewan, and Nebraska.

The genus contains 2 species, P. skinneri and P. skiuneri.
