Purbadhala (Bengali: পূর্বধলা) is an upazila of Netrokona District[3] in the Division of Mymensingh, Bangladesh.

[3] According to the 2011 Census of Bangladesh, Purbadhala Upazila had 68,083 households and a population of 310,834.

Purbadhala has a literacy rate (age 7 and over) of 42.78%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 1029 females per 1000 males.

[8] Netrokona Thana was formed in 1874 and it was turned into an upazila in 1983.
