[3] Thakur made her acting debut in the 2004 Hindi film Hava Aney Dey, playing Salma, a Muslim girl opposite Aniket Vishwasrao.

[7] Following a five year hiatus, Thakur returned with Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, where she played Maharani Jaiwanta Bai Songara opposite Shakti Anand.

[10] Post a second five year hiatus, Thakur played Preeti Jindal in Shaadi Mubarak opposite Manav Gohil, in 2020.

[11] In 2022, Thakur played Pallavi Gulati Jaisingh opposite Cezanne Khan, in Appnapan – Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan.

[12] Since December 2024, Thakur is seen playing Avani Trivedi in Bas Itna Sa Khwaab opposite Yogendra Singh.
