Rashmita Nalini Rasindran (Tamil: ரஷ்மிதா நளினி நாசின்ட்ரன், born February 3, 2000) is a Malaysian model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Charm 2024.
[1] Prior to the pageant, she founded Femmer Force Forward, and is a member of the organization that provides support to women and children who have experienced domestic violence and promotes gender equality in Malaysia.

Rashmita became the second Malaysian representative to compete in Miss Charm.
Rashmita competed against 36 other contestants on the finals night and made history by becoming the first Malaysian woman to win Miss Charm 2024.
