[2] The facility is located in Bedmot Village, in Karuma Township, on the western banks of the Victoria Nile, approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi), by road, east of the Kampala–Gulu Highway.

[3] The hospital is about 40 kilometres (25 mi), by road, north-east of Kiryandongo, the location of the district headquarters.
