The racial makeup of the township was 98.17% White, 0.91% African American, 0.30% Asian, and 0.61% from two or more races.

There were 104 households, out of which 51.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 80.8% were married couples living together, 2.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 13.5% were non-families.

12.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
