Robinson is a city in McLennan County, Texas, United States.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 12,443 people, 3,868 households, and 3,297 families residing in the city.

As of the census[4] of 2000, 7,845 people, 2,828 households, and 2,330 families resided in the city, while the primary Robinson zip code 76706 (which includes students at Baylor University) was 29,449.

There were 2,942 housing units at an average density of 93.2 per square mile (36.0/km2).

About 15.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
