Ronald Moeser (October 15, 1942 – April 18, 2017) was a Canadian politician in Ontario, Canada.

Moeser was born in Germany and moved to Canada after the end of World War II, becoming a citizen by the mid-1950s.

[3] Moeser was elected to what was then the Scarborough City Council in 1988 representing the West Rouge community.

Moeser and his wife Heather played an active role in the preservation of the Rouge Valley.
