Rosemount is a census-designated place (CDP) in Clay Township, Scioto County, Ohio, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.8 square miles (15 km2), all land.

Residents of Rosemount are served by the Clay Local School District, the Portsmouth Public Library, and a volunteer fire department.
