S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), a constituent of the eminent Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB), is a leading Indian business school established in 1981.

Shrikant joined the institute as the Dean and led SPJIMR for almost three decades, introducing new and innovative methods of teaching and imparting management education.

SPJIMR also launched the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) in 2016 to prepare the next generation of academic researchers and thought leaders.

In July 2023, SPJIMR’s Centre for Financial Innovation (CFI) inaugurated the Sunil Bhatia Start-up Resource Hub.
