Same Girl is the fifth studio album by Christian singer-songwriter Twila Paris, released in 1987 by Star Song Records.

Production Ashleigh Kittle of AllMusic has reviewed Same Girl and said that "it is characteristic of her work during the mid- to late 1980s.
