Sand Hills or Sand Hill[2] is a census-designated place (CDP) in Muskogee County, Oklahoma, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 7.6 square miles (20 km2), all land.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 422 people, 160 households, and 123 families residing in the CDP.

There were 160 households, out of which 35.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.6% were married couples living together, 10.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families.

20.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
