Santa Claus, Georgia

Santa Claus is a city in Toombs County, Georgia, United States.

It is part of the Vidalia micropolitan area.

[4] A local entrepreneur named the community after Santa Claus, the Christmas figure, with the aim of attracting tourists to his pecan business and adjacent motel.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 square mile (0.5 km2), all land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 250 people, 92 households, and 66 families residing in the city.
