Shiann Salmon

[1] She represented Jamaica at the 2019 World Athletics Championships, competing in women's 400 metres hurdles.

She also competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, winning silver medals in the 400 m hurdles and Women's 4x400 m relay.

[5] At the 2023 World Championships, Salmon won a silver medal in the Women's 4x400 m relay, for her run in the heats.

[6] In 2024, Salmon finished third over 400 m hurdles at the Jamaican Championships, and qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

[7] She won her first Diamond League at the Athletissima in Zurich, in a new personal best of 52.97 s, her first time under the 53-second barrier.
