The town of Spring Valley is located in Rock County, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 35.1 square miles (90.9 km2), all of it land.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 813 people, 282 households, and 227 families residing in the town.

There were 291 housing units at an average density of 8.3 per square mile (3.2/km2).

16.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
