Rungvisai came out in an orthodox stance at the start of the fight which helped Estrada get the upper hand in the early rounds.

Kwanthai's corner decided to retire at the end of the third round, awarding Srisaket the TKO victory.

The title bout was booked as the main event of a DAZN broadcast card, which took place at the Tech Port Arena in San Antonio, Texas.
