St. Nikolaus von Flüe is the name of a Catholic church in Wörsdorf, part of Idstein, Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis, Germany.
Wörsdorf had only few Catholic inhabitants until the end of World War II, when many people arrived as refugees who were expelled from Silesia, East Prussia, Sudetenland and Hungary.
[1][3] The building is listed as a cultural monument for historic and artistic reasons ("Kulturdenkmal aus geschichtlichen und künstlerischen Gründen").
[2] The parish was merged on 1 January 2017 to St. Martin Idsteiner Land, part of the Diocese of Limburg.
[2] The church is one of a series of buildings designed by Krahn in the 1950s and 1960s that are characterised by simple but effective spatial geometry, and by heavy walls and ceilings structured by glass elements.
