Stopnik (pronounced [ˈstoːpnik]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Vransko in central Slovenia.
The area is part of the traditional region of Styria.
The municipality is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region.
[2] The local church is dedicated to Saints Hermagoras and Fortunatus and belongs to the Parish of Vransko.
[3] To the west of the settlement are also the ruins of Stopnik Castle, first mentioned in the 12th century and abandoned around 1800.
