Sydney Place, Bath

Sydney Place in the Bathwick area of Bath, Somerset, England was built around 1800.

[1] Numbers 1 to 12 were planned by Thomas Baldwin around 1795.

[2] The 3-storey houses at numbers 93 to 103 were designed by John Pinch the Elder in 1808.

[1] The Holburne Museum of Art is situated opposite to Sydney Place, it was originally designed as the Sydney Hotel, and was built by Charles Harcourt Masters in 1795–6.

[3] It is within the Sydney Pleasure Gardens which stretch from the road to the Kennet and Avon Canal.
