An official statement by Amity University Dubai said that Mr. Thumbay Moideen was being conferred the honor in view of his “significant contributions towards promotion of medical education, trade and industry, and social and economic development of the nation.” Dr. Thumbay Moideen has been ranked 59 in the prestigious ‘Barclays HurunIndia Rich List 2018’.
