The remaining 0.09 percent is owned by the government of Uganda through the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development.

Ibrahim Senyonga Atwoki the non-executive director, is the board chairman.

Khalifa Achour Ettalua, the non-executive director, is the deputy board chairman.
