Valverde, Denver

Valverde home values are expected to grow substantially, due to the recent population growth in the Denver metro area.

The commute to downtown Denver from the Valverde neighborhood is less than 5 minutes since the completion of 6th avenue, which no longer merges with I-25.

Near the river, the neighborhood is mostly industrial, but further to the west it is dominated by single-family homes.

It borders the neighborhoods of Baker, Athmar Park, Barnum, and Westwood.

[2][3] Today, the vast majority of residents are working-class Mexican Americans.
