Vandling is a borough in the northeastern corner of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States.

[2] It is located immediately south of Forest City (population 1,911), which is in Susquehanna County.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 3.4 square kilometers (1.3 sq mi) , all land.

As of the 2010 Census,[7] there were 751 people, 309 households, and 203 families residing in the borough.

27.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
