Waghinzoy (Yaghnobi Ԝағинзой, Tajik: Вағанзой Vaghanzoy, Russian: Вагинзой Vaginzoy) is a village in Sughd Region, northwestern Tajikistan.

It is part of the jamoat Anzob in the Ayni District.
