White Horse also Šuŋgská oyáŋke (Lakota: šuŋgská oyáŋke;[2] "White Horse Community") is a census-designated place (CDP) in Todd County, South Dakota, United States.

As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 180 people, 39 households, and 37 families residing in the CDP.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 1.67% White and 98.33% Native American.

No households were made up of individuals, and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 31.4% of families and 41.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 53.9% of those under the age of 18 and none of those 65 or over.
