Wilhelm Theophor Dittenberger (30 April 1807, in Teningen – 11 May 1871, in Weimar) was a German Protestant theologian.
He was the father of classical philologist Wilhelm Dittenberger (1840–1906) and son-in-law to theologian Karl Daub (1765–1836).
[1] From 1847 to 1852, he was a professor of theology at the University of Heidelberg,[2] afterwards serving as Kirchenrath, Oberhofprediger and Oberpfarrer in Weimar.
